Paula Vaida

Paula Vaida is an experienced IT Project/Product Manager with a focus on product management at AirportLabs since October 2021, where responsibilities include project planning, coordination, and acting as a liaison among stakeholders to define product vision and prioritize requirements. Prior experience includes serving as a Project Planner, developing scheduling strategies and capacity planning, and reporting on project implementation. At Cluj Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Paula managed EU and national funded projects, coordinating activities and monitoring results to achieve objectives while also serving as an internal auditor for the ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System Standard. An engineering background as a Diplomate Engineer in Chemical Engineering complements the professional expertise.
