Maria Charlton

Maria Charlton is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the automotive and education sectors. Currently serving as the Director of the Automotive Glazing Academy since January 2008, Maria has been instrumental in advancing automotive glazing training in the UK, particularly following the company's rebranding in November 2015. In July 2023, Maria took on the role of Managing Director at AirPro Diagnostics. Prior experience includes five years as Office Manager at Essex Glass and Windscreens, a business co-owned with Maria's husband, and a role as Curriculum Manager at Anglia Ruskin University, where Maria developed pioneering courses in Sports Science.
