Milla Koppelo has extensive experience in various roles within the service industry, accumulating a strong background in operations and customer service. Starting as an intern at ISS Aviation Oy and City Garden Lodge, Milla progressed to positions such as waitress and bartender at Vauhtipuisto Oy and Porvoon Paahtimo. A brief tenure as a barista at Zeberas Oy/Robert's Coffee preceded Milla's current role at Airpro Oy, which began in February 2016 and includes responsibilities as Operations Controller and Airport Service Officer/Gate Coordinator. Milla holds a Bachelor’s degree in Tourism Management from HAAGA-HELIA and a certification as a Tourism services producer from Oulun Seudun Ammattiopisto.
