DE GRAEVE Francois-Louis is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles across multiple industries. Currently serving as Chief Financial Officer at AIRSEAS since July 2019, Francois-Louis previously held the position of Senior Supply Chain Finance Manager at GE, where responsibilities included driving financial and operational performance and presenting business plans to top management. Additional roles include Financial Product Controller and Plant Controller at Alstom, where contributions encompassed product costing, cost reduction strategies, and financial reporting for international projects. Earlier experience includes positions at EADS, Bosch, and PSA Peugeot Citroën, reinforcing a strong foundation in corporate finance, budgeting, and cost analysis. Francois-Louis holds a Master’s degree in Finance from EDHEC Business School.

We are an industrial company and we design and install Seawing, an automated giant kite system that propels ships and aims at reducing their fuel consumption and associated emissions. Our first product was installed in 2021 on a vessel owned by Louis Dreyfus Armateurs and chartered by our first customer, Airbus.
