Erin McManamny

Erin McManamny is an experienced professional currently serving as the Head of Enterprise Change and Change Portfolio Lead at Airservices Australia, where responsibilities include leading operations technology and cyber change programs since July 2023. Previously, Erin accumulated over two decades of experience at IBM, holding various pivotal roles such as Global Business Transformation and Change Leader, Global Software Process Transformation Leader, and Sales Operations Global SaaS Strategy and Enablement Leader. Erin has a robust background in driving agile-based transformation initiatives, developing automation and simplification strategies, and optimizing operational excellence across multiple business units.
