Jennifer del Mastro

Jennifer Del Mastro is an experienced engineering professional with a strong background in systems safety and risk management. Currently serving as the Leading Assurance Specialist at Airservices Australia since March 2022, Jennifer has led significant safety system change initiatives and developed assurance programs focused on performance gaps and compliance. As Chair of the Risk Engineering Society for Engineers Australia since February 2021, Jennifer advocates for risk engineering practices. Previous roles include Senior Systems Safety Engineer at Nova Systems, System Safety Engineer at Rheinmetall-MAN Military Vehicles, and Systems Safety Engineer at BAE Systems, where Jennifer managed comprehensive safety evaluations and documentation. With a Bachelor in Engineering (Electrical - Electronics/Comms) from Swinburne University of Technology, Jennifer brings extensive technical expertise and leadership to complex projects.
