Kester O'Hara

Kester O'Hara is a Technology Leader with over 20 years of experience in managing mid to large teams and delivering significant business transformations and technology programs. Currently serving as the Group Enterprise Manager - ICT at Airservices Australia since July 2017, Kester is leading a major technology infrastructure project in the Aviation/Defence sector and has previously held roles focused on digital transformation and strategic leadership. As a Partner and CIO at AKOHara Services Consulting, Kester provides ICT consultancy services aimed at improving return on investment through risk management and technology planning. Past leadership roles include managing organizations at digitalEsafe pty ltd, RACV, Visionstream, and Telstra, where Kester implemented transformational strategies and fostered continuous improvement in various technology and operational frameworks. Kester holds an MBA from The University of Western Australia and a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics and Communications from Curtin University.
