Kristina Chapman has extensive experience in human resources and organizational development, currently serving as Head of Partnering & Delivery at Airservices Australia since February 2023, along with previous roles as Head of People Performance & Planning and Head of CFO Business Partnering. Prior to this, Kristina led the Business Partnering, Employee Support & Talent Acquisition teams at Airservices Australia from October 2020 to December 2022. Kristina's earlier positions include Head of Safe Place at Virgin Australia, with a focus on organizational development and people & culture delivery, as well as HR Business Partner roles at Bis Industries and Western Power. Kristina began a long tenure at Booz & Company as People Services Manager, contributing to a diverse background in HR leadership across multiple organizations.
