Matthew Westaway

Matthew Westaway is an experienced professional currently serving as an Air Traffic Controller at Airservices Australia since November 2020. Prior to this role, Matthew worked as a Tour Guide for SANDEMANs NEW Europe Tours from March 2018 to November 2019 and also operated as a self-employed English Language Teacher from August 2017 to November 2019. Earlier career experience includes positions as a Derivatives Trader at Eclipse Trading from January 2013 to May 2017 and as a Tax Officer at the Australian Taxation Office between January 2011 and January 2013. Matthew holds a Bachelor of Commerce in International Finance from the University of Wollongong, earned from 2007 to 2010, and completed HSC at Nowra High School.
