Rajesh Mishra

Rajesh Mishra is an experienced professional in air navigation services, currently serving as the ANS Ongoing Training Manager at Airservices Australia since April 2012. In this role, Rajesh leads a team dedicated to delivering training programs that ensure the operational competencies of Air Traffic Controllers and Technical Officers, thereby supporting safe service delivery. Rajesh has previously held positions as the ANS Simulator Manager for Brisbane, Sydney, and Perth, as well as Senior Advisor for Workforce Strategy within the ATC Group, where strategic resource planning was essential. Prior experience includes serving as the Regional Towers Manager for Airways New Zealand, managing 14 regional units to achieve business objectives related to financial performance, customer retention, and safety. Rajesh holds degrees from the University of Sydney and SVHS Nadi in Fiji.
