Eric Lannan

Eric Lannan is a seasoned technical professional with extensive experience in technical support and software development, particularly in mobile and game applications. Currently serving as Lead Technical Support Engineer at Airship since October 2019, Eric has previously held positions at Perspect as a React Developer and at PubNub as a Technical Support Engineer, where responsibilities included troubleshooting client code and managing support cases. Additional experience includes roles as Associate Producer and Developer Support Engineer at DeNA West, where Eric managed production processes for mobile games, and as an iOS Developer at Glimr. Eric's earlier positions at Storm8 and Class.com involved UI engineering and development of interactive applications. Eric holds a Bachelor of Science in Visual and Game Programming from the Art Institute of California.
