Julia Biletska

Julia Biletska began their work experience in 2012 as a Customer Support Specialist at Namecheap, Inc. Julia then became the Shift Leader of the Billing Department for a brief period from May 2014 to November 2014. After that, they worked as a Billing Audit Analyst from March 2016 to March 2020 and later transitioned to the role of CS Project Manager from March 2020 to February 2022, all within Namecheap, Inc. Currently, since February 2022, they are employed as a Support Product Writer at airSlate.

Julia Biletska completed their Master's degree in Foreign Languages and Literatures, General from V. N. Karazin Kharkiv National University between 2007 and 2012. Julia then pursued further education at H.S.Skovoroda Kharkiv National Pedagogical University, where they earned their Doctor of Philosophy - PhD in Pedagogy from 2012 to 2016. In 2018, Julia attended PM School and obtained a degree in Project Management. In 2019, they enrolled in the Educational platform LABA to study Basics of Business Analysis, although no degree was specified.
