Nikita Kushchev has had a career in quality assurance and testing. Nikita most recently worked as a QA Engineer at airSlate starting in April 2022. Prior to that, they were a QA Engineer at Rozetka.ua from April 2021 to April 2022. Before that, they worked as a Quality Assurance Tester at AutoDoc from November 2020 to April 2021. Nikita'searliest experience in this field was as a QA Engineer at Technorely Inc. from November 2018 to November 2020.

Nikita Kushchev received their Bachelor's degree in Electrotechnics from the Kharkiv National University of Municipal Economy named after A.M. Beketova in 2016. Additionally, they obtained a certification in QA Manual from A-Level Ukraine in May 2018.
