Serhii Shmelov

Serhii Shmelov has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Serhii started their professional career as a Chief Specialist at the General Department of State Treasury of Ukraine in Donetsk region in 2007. Serhii then moved on to become a Specialist on Information technologies and security at the Financial Intelligence Unit of the State Financial Monitoring Service of Ukraine from 2008 to 2011.

In 2011, Serhii joined the National Bank of Ukraine as a Software Engineer in the Information Technology Department. During their time there, they developed modules for the internal web portal, such as "Order of coins" and "Requests for the Division of Administrative Department."
