Neil Holt is a seasoned product innovation and UX design leader with extensive experience in improving user experiences across various industries, including logistics and technology. Currently serving as the Director of Product Innovation at Airspace, Neil has implemented effective team rituals and design processes to enhance collaboration and drive continuous improvement. Prior to this role, Neil held leadership positions at Zodiac Pool Systems and AbelsonTaylor, where successful interaction design practices and user-centered methodologies were introduced. With a Master of Science in Communication, Journalism, and Related Programs from Northwestern University and a Bachelor of Science in Zoology/Animal Biology from Miami University, Neil brings a unique blend of analytical and creative skills to the field of user experience.
