Glenn Laxdal

Glenn Laxdal is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in the telecommunications sector, currently serving as President and Chief Executive Officer of Airspan Networks since January 2022, after holding the roles of President and Chief Operating Officer. Previous positions include SVP and GM of Products at Infinera, where innovation in photonic integrated circuits was a focus, and various senior roles at Ericsson with responsibilities for a $3B network products business and technology strategy. Laxdal has also contributed as VP/GM of Global Product Management at BlackBerry, where significant market expansion was achieved, and led the startup small cell business at Airvana. Earlier career highlights include key leadership roles at Nortel Networks, shaping product management and M&A strategies. Laxdal holds an MBA from the University of Toronto's Rotman School of Management, as well as degrees in Information Technology and Economics from the University of Saskatchewan.
