Moti Nuzbrahe is an experienced technology and engineering manager with a strong background in leading New Product Introduction (NPI) processes and engineering services. Currently serving as Technology Manager at Elmo Motion Control and Engineering Manager at Baya-Zicon Technologies, Moti also holds the position of Engineering Product Leader at Airspan Networks and Deputy CTO at Profficom Technologies. As CTO at RYTM, responsibilities include oversight of engineering services, product life cycle management, and quality improvement processes. Moti has a history of enhancing production lines and developing automated testing machines, previously working as ATE Engineer at Gilat Satellite Networks and ECI, as well as ATE Engineer at Rit Technologies.
