Zigi Avni

Zigi Avni's work experience begins in 1977 when they joined the Israeli Air Force and served as a commander until 2000. In 2000, they worked as the General Manager of a HR and training consulting company called Shoam. After that, they worked as a Senior Development Project Manager at Marconi in 2001. Zigi then joined Airspan in 2003 as the WipLL director until 2006. Avni continued to work at Airspan Networks, starting in 2007 as the Director of CS & Product Validation until 2012 when they became the VP of CS & Product Validation.

Zigi Avni pursued the majority of their education at Tel Aviv University. From 1984 to 1987, they completed their undergraduate studies and obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics, with a secondary focus on Computer Science. Later, from 1993 to 1995, Zigi Avni pursued further education and acquired a Master's degree in Business Administration, specializing in Business Administration at the Reccanati, offered by Tel Aviv University.
