Angela (Wozniak) Banner, PMP,PSM

Angela (Wozniak) Banner has over 20 years of work experience, with a strong background in project management, IT, and HR technology.

Starting in 2000, Angela worked as a Helpdesk Group Leader at INCAT for two and a half years. Angela then moved on to Memorial Hospital of South Bend, where they worked as a System Analyst II for nearly a decade. In this role, Angela was responsible for creating and managing Cerner Security accounts, troubleshooting security issues, and implementing new software rollouts.

In 2012, Angela joined Honda of America Mfg., Inc. as an Information Technology Help Desk Technician. Angela was responsible for installing, troubleshooting, and maintaining hardware and software, as well as creating technical documentation and handling monthly purchases.

Angela then transitioned to Midmark Corporation in 2013, where they initially worked as an IT PC Technician. Their responsibilities included installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting hardware and software, as well as providing support for HP printers and Zebra label printers.

In 2013, Angela also took on the role of IT Project Manager at Crown Equipment Corporation. Their notable achievements in this role include successfully managing the Lotus Notes to Exchange migration project and integrating the Cherwell Incident tracking system into the IT Service Center.

At Midmark Corporation, Angela progressed to the position of Certified Project Manager in 2016. Angela managed various projects, including the Project 483 Program of the 2018 FDA inspection, QA Improvements Program, UDI Class I device program, and the MDSAP Project. Their work resulted in improvements to Midmark's quality processes, zero nonconformities for inspections, and successful certifications for MDSAP and ISO13485.

Currently, Angela is working at Airstream as an HR Technology Lead, a position they started in 2022.

Angela (Wozniak) Banner, PMP, PSM, obtained their Bachelor's degree in Industrial and Product Design from Purdue University. Angela has since acquired numerous certifications, including the Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute in March 2014 and the Certified Scrum Master (CSM) from Scrum Alliance in June 2014. Angela also holds certifications from Scrum.org, such as the Professional Scrum Master I (PSM I) in April 2019 and Professional Scrum with User Experience (PSU I) in September 2016. Additionally, they have certifications from Scaled Agile, Inc., including the Certified SAFe 5 Scrum Master and Certified SAFe 5 Product Owner/Product Manager in November 2021 and October 2021, respectively. Angela's education and certifications demonstrate their expertise in project management, product development, and agile methodologies.
