Jude S. Reter

Head of Digital Experiences at Airstream

Jude S. Reter has extensive experience in digital experiences and technologies. Their most recent position is as the Head of Digital Experiences at Airstream, starting in 2021. Prior to this, they were a Digital Experience & Technologies Advisor at Advising Transforming Companies & Start-ups since 2020.

From 2014 to 2020, Jude served as the Vice President Customer Experience Design, eCommerce at EXPRESS, leading a team of 40 UX/UI Design, Product Management, and Operations professionals. They were responsible for the development and optimization of digital customer experiences, contributing to over 20% of EXPRESS revenue.

Before that, Jude was the SVP Digital Design and Experience at Wrapports LLC, Chicago Sun-Times Group from 2012 to 2014. In this role, they built and led a digital design and product development group servicing various businesses. They also served as the Brand and Identity Lead at Interaction 13 | IxDA Conference 2013 in 2012.

From 2011 to 2012, Jude was the Vice President, Group Director, Interaction Design at Digitas, where they established and led the Interaction Design group in the Chicago office.

Jude's earlier experience includes roles such as Director User Experience and Creative at Sears Holdings (2007-2011), Managing Director Marketing and Publishing at The Patent Board (2005-2007), Senior Project Manager and Director, User Experience at Avenue A | Razorfish (1999-2005), and Prepublishing Supervisor at McDougal Littell / Houghton Mifflin (1996-1999).

Jude S. Reter obtained a BFA degree in Drawing and Printmaking from Southern Illinois University, Carbondale. This educational milestone was completed between 1985 and 1989. Later, Jude pursued further studies and achieved an MSCS degree specializing in Communication Systems from Northwestern University. This academic pursuit took place from 1998 to 2000.
