Lucas Doseck has a diverse work experience. Lucas first worked at Advocates for Basic Legal Equality, Inc. (ABLE) as a Grants & Contracts Intern, where they were responsible for updating and correcting a database website for all contracts. Lucas also organized the grants and contracts folder and gained experience in administrative and clerical duties.

After that, Lucas worked as a Site & Building Economic Development Intern at Sidney Shelby Economic Partnership. Here, they researched and documented crucial data for the site certification process, helping the city, county, and region grow. This involved collecting information on infrastructure, road availability, utility information, workforce data, and creating maps of the area.

Next, Lucas served as a Graduate Research Assistant at Bowling Green State University. Lucas conducted research on the previous experience of legislators before their tenure in Congress, as well as their use of letters to receive federal money or grants. Additionally, they researched the number of grants these legislators received and announced to their constituencies.

Currently, Lucas is employed at Airstream as a Quality App Developer. Lucas leads the development of over thirty different apps across the Airstream Production process, incorporating twelve distinct workflows. This includes apps for quality audits, serial number gathering, tool/supply requisition, safety investigations, and more. Lucas is responsible for vetting requests, gathering requirements, and designing the data and table structure in SQL for the new apps.

Lucas Doseck pursued higher education, starting with a Bachelor of Arts degree from Bowling Green State University, where they specialized in Political Science and Government. Lucas attended this institution between 2011 and 2014. Subsequently, they furthered their academic pursuits at Bowling Green State University, where they earned a Master of Public Administration (M.P.A.) degree specializing in Public Administration from 2015 to 2016.
