Colt Harris has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. From 2006 to 2007, they worked as a Field Representative at The Leadership Institute. In 2007, they joined WKRN News 2 as a Field Producer/Satellite and Live Shot Operations, where they handled live operations in the field and worked on various aspects of news production. After leaving WKRN in 2011, Colt worked briefly as a Video Editor at RFD-TV in 2012. In the same year, they joined AirStrip, initially as a Technical Support Specialist before being promoted to Technical Support Specialist-Level II- Team Lead. Colt'sresponsibilities in this role included training and mentoring new support specialists, developing support processes, and handling difficult cases. Colt later transitioned into the role of Test Engineer at AirStrip and eventually became the Lead Test Engineer. Colt'stenure at AirStrip began in 2012 and continued until the present.
Colt Harris attended Middle Tennessee State University (MTSU) from 2001 to 2006, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Radio and Television. In 2016, Colt also obtained certifications from AXELOS Global Best Practice, including the ITIL Intermediate Certificate in IT Planning, Protection and Optimization, the ITIL Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management, and the ITIL Intermediate Certificate in IT Operational Support and Analysis.
