Isadora Caetano

Isadora Caetano started their career in 2019 as an English Teacher at BRASAS English Course. Isadora then transitioned to Airswift in 2022, where they progressed from Strategic Resourcer to Delivery Consultant, and currently serves as the Delivery Centre Lead. In their current role, they lead a team of Strategic Resourcers in recruiting top talents across various industries, conducts training for new hires, and monitors team activity through weekly meetings. Isadora also interfaces with clients, presents talents, and provides market intelligence based on job market research. Additionally, they have experience in talent mapping and recruitment for the Energy, Process, and Infrastructure sectors in the United States and Canada.

Isadora Caetano completed a Licenciatura degree in Ciências Sociais from Universidade Federal Fluminense from 2015 to 2020.
