Mariana Guimaraes

Mariana Guimaraes has a diverse work experience. Mariana started their career as a Team Member of Outgoing Exchange in AIESEC in Rio de Janeiro in 2014 and progressed to roles such as Volunteer Experience Manager. Mariana then worked as an Events Intern at CEBRI before moving to Fundação Getulio Vargas as a Research Intern. Mariana also worked as a Visa Assistant at Costagille before joining Airswift in 2021. At Airswift, they have held various roles, including Strategic Resourcer, Delivery Consultant, Sr. Delivery Consultant, and currently serves as Delivery Centre Lead. Mariana'swork at Airswift involved talent banking, internal service delivery, and posting job openings across the Oil & Gas industry globally.

Mariana Guimaraes completed their Bachelor of Arts in International Relations from Universidade Federal Fluminense in 2018.
