Rebecca Houghton serves as the Recruitment Director at Airswift since February 2013, leading 360 Direct Hire recruitment teams across the Americas and specializing in consulting for clients in the STEM sectors. With a strong emphasis on operational excellence and continuous development, Rebecca has progressively advanced through various roles, including Recruitment Manager and Principal Consultant, where a focus on data-driven approaches and executive placements was key. Prior experience includes managing significant accounts in China and working as a Senior Consultant covering multiple regions. Additionally, Rebecca's early career includes a Senior Recruitment Consultant role at Trent Pearce Ltd and a Student Ambassador position at the University of Reading, where Rebecca earned a BA (Hons) in Ancient History & History.
