Richard Clay

Richard Clay is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business development and sales within the workforce solutions and recruitment sectors. Currently serving as Vice President of Europe & Africa Sales at Airswift since November 2016, Richard leads the regional sales strategy and business growth initiatives across Europe and Africa. Previously, Richard held the position of Business Development Director for Africa at Airswift, overseeing key client relationships and operations in multiple countries. Prior to Airswift, Richard worked at Fircroft, where responsibilities spanned business development and client relationship management in the ICT division, as well as senior account management in Africa. Richard has also held roles focusing on recruitment and account management at Petroplan Limited, Halmer, RBC Ltd, and Workbase Resources. Richard's educational background includes studies at Oxford Brookes University and Salesian College.
