Michael Carlson

Michael Carlson is a seasoned security professional with extensive experience in various roles within the cybersecurity field. Currently serving as a Security Engineer at Airtable since August 2022, Michael previously held significant positions at Robinhood as a Staff Security Engineer specializing in Crypto and as an Engineering Manager for Product Security. Prior to that, Michael was the Director of Security Engineering at 100x Group, where responsibilities included overseeing multiple security engineering roles. Michael's background also includes a tenure at Workday as a Senior Application Security Engineer and experiences in penetration testing and application security. Earlier in the career, Michael developed Ruby on Rails applications and managed databases at CSU Chico Distributed Learning Technologies. Michael holds a BS in Management Information Systems from California State University, Chico.
