Anthony Shiner

Anthony Shiner currently serves as the Group Chief Commercial Officer at Airtel Africa, focusing on customer experience management and brand strategy. As a Partner & Founder at Sourose Consulting since January 2016, Anthony specializes in building growth strategies and providing advisory services for go-to-market initiatives and product development. Previously, Anthony held the position of Chief Digital Lifestyle & Innovation Officer at EITC UAE, where responsibilities included digitization and revenue generation. Additional experience includes serving as Non-Executive Director at Parramatta Eels National Rugby League Club and Executive Director at Telstra Digital, which centered on customer experience design and digital channel management.
