Heba Abdelhamid

Heba Abdelhamid currently serves as the Airtel Group Head of Digital Products & Platforms, having joined Airtel Africa in February 2024. Prior to this role, Heba accumulated extensive experience at du from March 2016 to February 2024, where responsibilities included Channels Transformation Program Manager, Digital Transformation Product Manager, Commercial Product Manager, and Product & Services Business Analysis Manager. Earlier experience includes a position as Technical Expert / IT Solution Architecture at Etisalat Misr from March 2010 to March 2016, and a series of roles at ASSET Technology Group and Vodafone, including Software Quality Team Leader and Quality Engineer, respectively. Heba holds a B.Sc. in Computer & Information Sciences from Ain Shams University, earned between 2000 and 2004.
