Kartic Grover has extensive work experience in various technology roles. Kartic began their career as a Senior Software Engineer at Capgemini Engineering before moving on to work at Samsung Mobile, where they developed mobile applications for the Galaxy platform. After that, they joined GlobalLogic as the Lead for Android Apps, leading teams in developing mobile content solutions for different customers.
Grover then joined Google as a Software Development Consultant, where they worked on creating proof of concepts for new application ideas and developed Android applications for Google's social networking products. Kartic also contributed to the development of products for Google TV and created second screen solutions for TVs and phones.
Next, Grover worked at Nextgen Innovation Labs as an Engineering Manager, focusing on engineering project and program management for the development of FalconSmart Handheld solutions. Kartic also collaborated and integrated software with vendors and partners.
Grover then joined Tuwheelz as the Head of Engineering, responsible for defining and delivering the Tuwheelz bike taxi and bike pool solution. Kartic led the product management and development teams in creating consumer applications, driver partner applications, and fleet management solutions.
Following that, Grover worked at Exotel as the Director of Product Development and later as the AVP and Head of Product Development. Kartic led the product development team, managed technical program management, and oversaw product release planning and delivery management. Kartic also managed select premium customers.
Currently, Grover is working at Airtel Africa as the CIO of Digital Labs. Kartic is responsible for all digital IT solutions in 14 different geographies, including product management, product development, and support. Kartic leads a team of engineering and product managers and engineers working on various digital initiatives.
Kartic Grover obtained a Bachelor of Science in Electronics from Sri Venkateswara College, Delhi University, from 2001 to 2004. Later, from 2004 to 2006, they pursued a Master of Computer Applications degree from the Department of Computer Science at the University of Delhi. Additionally, they have obtained a certification in PSM from Scrum.org, although the specific month and year were not provided.
