Nitin Kharbanda is an accomplished technology leader with extensive experience in contact center technology and telecommunications services. Currently serving as Deputy General Manager for Contact Center Technology & Telco VAS at Airtel Africa since November 2020, Nitin oversees solution design, project delivery, and operations management across 14 African countries, successfully managing a diverse team and leading multiple project implementations. Prior roles include Contact Center Expert at American Express, focusing on infrastructure design and delivery, and positions at Cisco, HCL Technologies, and Aricent Group, where Nitin specialized in VoIP technologies and customer support. Nitin holds a Master’s Degree in Management Information Systems from the Institute of Management Technology, Ghaziabad, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology from MDU.
