Currently serving as the Regional Finance Business Partner for East Africa & Francophone at Airtel Africa since August 2023, Shweta previously held the position of Lead Finance Cost Optimization & Transformation for Growth Markets at Accenture in India from 2020 to July 2023. Shweta's career at Accenture began in August 2003, progressing from Specialist to Manager Finance Business Partner. Expertise includes accounting, financial reporting, financial analysis, audit, management reporting, and business finance support, alongside tax reporting. Shweta has pursued advanced education at the SP Jain School of Global Management, focusing on Project Management and Strategic Leadership, and holds a Master's degree in Commerce from Mumbai University.
