Phanindra Nichanametla

Phanindra Nichanametla is an experienced finance professional currently serving as the Chief Finance Officer at Airtel Nigeria since May 2023. Prior roles include Finance Director at Airtel Uganda Ltd from August 2014 to April 2023, and Regional CFO for Airtel, where responsibilities encompassed finance operations for the Franco region across seven countries, managing revenues of USD 2 billion. Throughout a career that began in 1998, Phanindra has held various senior finance roles, including Finance Controller at Raffles Corporate Consultants, Head of Revenue Management, and Head of Business Planning & Analysis at airtel, as well as Assistant Manager at Casil Health Products and Associate at Grundig Electronics. Phanindra holds professional qualifications as a Chartered Accountant and Cost Accountant from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and The Institute of Cost & Works Accountants of India, respectively.
