Deepak Ahuja

Deepak Ahuja is an experienced audit and risk management professional with a strong background in internal audit functions across various banking institutions. Currently serving as the Chief Internal Auditor (Vice President) at Airtel Payments Bank since June 2022, Deepak drives the strategic direction of the Internal Audit function in compliance with regulatory guidelines and industry best practices. Previous roles include Chief Internal Auditor (DVP) and AVP - Internal Audit at Airtel Payments Bank, as well as Executive Manager - Internal Audit at Paytm Payments Bank, where Deepak established the internal audit department. Additionally, experience at RBS included senior managerial positions focused on operational risk and controls, and at IndusInd Bank, customer operations were managed. Deepak holds an Advanced Diploma in Executive Management from FORE School of Management and a B.Com (Hons) from Delhi University.
