Herman Luhanga

Herman Luhanga is an accomplished telecommunications professional currently serving as the Head of Network Projects and Planning at Raddy Group of Companies since January 2025. Concurrently, Herman holds the position of Assistant Planning Manager for Network at Airtel Tanzania, focusing on network architecture and design for Fiber and Microwave technologies. Responsibilities include defining network reference architecture, validating operational plans, and managing vendor selection and cost. Prior experience includes roles as Technical Project Director and Transmission Support Engineer at Huawei, leading significant projects and overseeing site installations. Herman holds a Bachelor of Science in Telecommunications Engineering from the University of Dar es Salaam and is pursuing a Master of Business Administration at Chuo Kikuu Mzumbe, expected to complete in November 2026.
