Prosper Mafole

Prosper Mafole has a diverse work experience in the telecommunications industry. Prosper currently holds the position of Chief Technical Officer at Airtel Tanzania since June 2019. Previously, they worked as a Frequency Management Engineer at Tanzania Communications Regulatory Authority(TCRA) from March 2007 to November 2007. Prior to that, they worked at Huawei Technologies Co. (T) Limited as an RNP& RNO Engineer from June 2006 to February 2007, where they were involved in CDMA 2000 radio network planning and optimization.

Prosper Mafole earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Telecommunications Engineering from the University of Dar es Salaam (UDSM) between the years 2002 and 2006. Following that, they pursued a Master of Science degree in Telematics (Networked Services & Systems Engineering) at the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU) from 2008 to 2010.
