Chiluya Namulwanda

Chiluya Namulwanda currently serves as a Retail Manager and Retail Operations Lead at Airtel Zambia PLC since March 2022. Prior to this role, Chiluya worked at MTN Zambia from July 2017 to March 2022, holding positions as an Operations and KYC Analyst and in Enterprise Business Support. Earlier experience includes a role as a Research Assistant at the Alliance for Community Action during July 2016 to October 2016, contributing to the Ask Elections and Speak Up Zambia projects in Munali constituency, Lusaka. Chiluya is pursuing a Master of Business Administration at the University of East London, expected to be completed in April 2024, and holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics from The Copperbelt University, completed in 2016.
