James Pugh has worked in various roles in the finance industry since 2009. James began their career as an Internship at Arbuthnot Latham & Co., Ltd in 2009. From 2010 to 2016, they worked for The Hut Group in various roles, including Associate Finance Director, FP&A Manager, Financial Controller, Assistant Financial Controller, and Finance Graduate. From 2016 to 2018, they were the Head of Finance at Push Doctor. James is currently the Finance & Operations Director at Airtime Rewards, where they are delivering data-led rewards technology globally and helping shoppers feel great about their daily spend.

James Pugh attended The University of Manchester from 2007 to 2010, where they earned a degree in International Business, Finance & Economics. James then attended The Chartered Institute of Management Accountants from 2010 to 2013.
