Robert G. has worked in a variety of roles in the software and technology industry since 2007. Robert began their career as a Test Analyst for Gold Medal Travel in 2007. Robert then moved to HMG in 2008 as a Systems Engineer. In 2012, they were a Technical Tester (Maternity Cover) at Vix Technology. In 2013, they were a Software Test Analyst for ROQ IT at Grass Valley. From 2014 to 2015, they were a Test Engineer at Thinkmoney. Robert then moved to Team Netsol Ltd as Head of Quality Assurance from 2015 to 2018. In 2018, they became a Test Engineer at Northrop Grumman. From 2019 to 2021, they worked at AccessPay as an Automation Test Lead and Senior QA Analyst. Currently, they are a Lead QA Engineer and Head of QA at Airtime Rewards.

Robert G. obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Information Systems from The University of Salford in 2007, with a field of study in Information Technology. In 2021, they obtained a Professional Scrum Master I (PSM I) certification from scrum.org. Additionally, in 2012, they obtained an ISTQB Foundation certification from ISTQB - International Software Testing Qualifications Board.
