Radio Frequency Engineer at Airtower Networks

Christopher Lim has extensive work experience in the field of Radio Frequency Engineering. Christopher started their career in 2007 as an RF Engineer at Ericsson, where they worked until 2010. Christopher then joined Powerwave Technologies as an RF Design Engineer from 2010 to 2011. Following that, they worked at AT&T as a Senior RF Engineer from 2011 to 2015.

In 2015, Lim joined T-Mobile as a Senior RF Engineer, providing local market support for DAS projects. Christopher also worked on Dolphin Stadium's off-air solution DAS design. In 2016, they became part of T-Mobile's Alternate Coverage Solution team, handling design, implementation, and commissioning of DAS sites in the Central Region.

Lim continued their career at T-Mobile in 2017 as a Senior RF Engineer, working until August, after which they moved to Verizon Wireless as a contracted Senior RF Engineer. At Verizon Wireless, they worked on in-house DAS support and collaborated with local engineers to ensure projects met Verizon standards.

In 2019, Lim returned to T-Mobile as a contracted Senior RF Engineer, being involved in Super Bowl 55 projects. Their responsibilities included design, testing, data processing, project management, commissioning, and optimization of DAS projects.

Their most recent role was as a Senior Radio Frequency Design Engineer at Aspire Communications, starting in June 2020 and ending in November 2022. Christopher utilized iBwave to produce DAS designs for public safety, primarily for schools, commercial, and medical centers. Lim also performed pre and post Grid Reports for the sites they worked on, which included 3D propagation models and heat maps.

Currently, Lim is employed at Airtower Networks as a Radio Frequency Engineer starting in December 2022.

Christopher Lim completed their Diploma of Electronics Engineering in Audio and Visual Engineering from ITE College West from 1992 to 1995. Christopher then pursued an Advance Diploma in Wireless Communication from Temasek Polytechnic, which they completed in the year 2000.
