Currently serving as a Sales Operations Administrator and previously as a Sales and Retention Advisor at SSE Airtricity since June 2021, Jordan excels in managing customer inquiries related to home moves and sales campaigns, achieving sales targets, and ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines. Prior experience includes working as a Sales Executive at 123.ie, where Jordan secured new motor insurance policies and enhanced customer retention. An internship at eCOMM Merchant Solutions provided foundational skills in fraud prevention and credit underwriting. Jordan holds a Bachelor of Business in Applied Entrepreneurship from Dún Laoghaire Institute of Art, Design and Technology and has further education from The Insurance Institute and Cabinteely Community School.
