Julie Colgan

Julie Colgan is an experienced executive assistant with a robust career in administrative support across various sectors. Currently serving as the Executive Assistant to the Managing Director at SSE Renewables since January 2022, Julie has also held similar roles at SSE plc for the MD of Thermal Energy and SSE Airtricity for the MD of SSE Ireland since April 2019 and August 2008, respectively. Prior experience includes working as a Management Assistant at Perth & Kinross Council and as a PA to the Director of Public Programmes at the Royal Botanic Garden Edinburgh. Julie holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English and History from University College Dublin, obtained between 1995 and 1999. Responsibilities throughout Julie's career have included report writing, project management, diary and travel management, and event coordination.
