Yvan held multiple leadership roles, including Engineering Project Lead and Procurement Leader, with responsibilities for materials procurement at PDVSA GAS. Prior to these positions, Yvan contributed as a Senior Piping Engineer at Tecnoconsult, leading piping and mechanical efforts for the New Refinery BATALLA DE SANTA INÉS. Yvan's career spans various engineering positions, focusing on piping and mechanical projects across notable companies and projects, including interconnection systems and refinery developments. Yvan holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Mechanical Engineering from UNEXPO Antonio José de Sucre.
