Emma Spence

Emma Spence has held various roles in leading companies throughout their career. Emma is currently the Chief People Officer at AirTrunk, a technology company focused on scaling and sustaining the region's digital future through the delivery of hyperscale data centers. Prior to this, they had an extensive tenure at Macquarie Group where they served as a Division Director, Global Human Resources Director, and Corporate Operations Group and Group Legal. Emma also held positions as an Associate Director in various HR roles, including HR Business Partner and Head of Country HR. Emma has a wealth of experience in HR management and has contributed significantly to the growth and success of these organizations.

Emma Spence has a Masters in Human Resources and Industrial Relations from the University of Sydney. Emma also has a Diploma of Financial Markets from FINSIA and a Bachelor of Information Management from the University of Canberra.
