Hans Gunawan has a diverse work experience in various industries. Hans started their career at Marvell Asia Pte Ltd as a Design Engineering Manager, where they developed integrated circuits for digital storage products. Hans then joined Microsoft as a Consultant, where they played a role in project risk mitigation and the launch of Cloud Computing. Hans later worked at Ernst & Young as a Senior Business Consultant, advising on risk assessment and providing solutions for complex risks. Afterward, they returned to Microsoft and took on roles such as Regional Program Manager, Regional Manager, and Senior Manager, contributing to the expansion and growth of Microsoft's cloud infrastructure and services in APAC and Africa. Currently, Hans is the Head of Customer Success at AirTrunk, where they have expanded their role to build strong partnerships with global hyperscale cloud customers and drive business growth through customer acquisition, growth, and retention. Hans has successfully secured the company's largest revenue contract and established a new market for AirTrunk in APAC. Throughout their career, Hans has demonstrated a focus on customer engagement, revenue pipeline growth, and thought leadership.

Hans Gunawan's education history includes a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Nanyang Technological University Singapore in 2004. Hans also holds an Associate's Degree in Accounting and Business/Management from the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) in 2011 and an Associate's Degree in Accounting and Finance from the Institude of Singapore Chartered Accountant (CA Singapore) in the same year. Additionally, they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Applied Accounting from Oxford Brookes University in 2011 and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the National University of Singapore from 2019 to 2021.
