Fanny Leydier

Fanny Leydier is an experienced international human resources professional currently serving as the International Human Resources Manager for AIRVANCE Group since January 2021, overseeing HR operations for 11 companies across Europe. Fanny has a proven track record in HR integration during acquisitions, talent management, recruitment, and strategic support for directors. Prior to AIRVANCE, Fanny held the role of Human Resources Director at TeamWork Corporate, managing HR for 800 employees globally, and established a robust HR organization. Additional experience includes serving as Human Resources Manager at ARaymond Network, where Fanny contributed to strategic HR initiatives, and as HR Development Manager at Fresenius Vial, focusing on recruitment and training. Fanny holds multiple Master's degrees in Human Resources and Finance from Grenoble Ecole de Management and CIFFOP.
