Devin Duan

Devin Duan is an experienced sales and operations professional currently serving as the Sales Director for the East Region at Airwallex since January 2021, also holding the role of Head of Product Specialist. Prior to this, Devin worked at PingPong from March 2017 to October 2020, where responsibilities included Head of Global Service Operations, Sales Management Department Manager, and Senior Operations Specialist/Customer Service R&D. Devin's earlier experience includes serving as Overseas Service Manager at 传音控股集团, where the focus was on replicating Huawei's domestic service system in Africa through training and optimization, and as a Service Engineer/Service Manager at 华为 from June 2014 to May 2016. Devin holds a Bachelor’s degree in Management with a specialization in Marketing from Hainan University, completed in 2012.
