Allison H. has over 8 years of work experience in the retail and logistics industry. Allison began their career in 2011 as a Store Manager for Body Central, where they were responsible for providing appropriate resources and training for all sales associates, screening applicants, making hiring decisions, and focusing on successfully achieving all of the company's KPIs on a daily basis. In 2014, they took on the role of Account Manager - DPA Buying Group Specialist at BHC/Logistics Supply Company. In this role, they managed and grew 400+ customer accounts and regularly gained new business through cold-calling and providing excellent customer service and follow up to all current and prospective clients.
