Doug Wells

Doug Wells has over twenty years of professional experience in the telecommunications industry. Doug began their career in 1997 as an Engineering Manager and Project Coordinator at TVMAX, Inc. In 2006, they joined Larson Associates USA Inc. as a Project Manager. In 2007, they moved to NEC Corporation of America, where they held the roles of Systems Engineering Manager, Senior Product Manager, and Senior Systems Engineer. Since 2018, they have been employed at Airwavz Solutions, Inc. as Director of Deployment and PMO, Director of West Construction and Operations, and Program Manager of the South Region.

Doug Wells received two Technical Diplomas from the US ARMY Signal Center of Excellence Training Program. The first was in Terrestrial Microwave and Satellite Communication Systems and the second was in Digital Network Switching Systems.
