Julio Alonso

Julio Alonso has a diverse work experience in the healthcare industry. Julio is the Founder and Director of Airway Shield, a company they started in 2020. Prior to that, Julio worked at Queensland Health, where they held the role of Intensive Care Specialist and later became the Medical Director of the Intensive Care Unit. Julio worked for Queensland Health from 2012 to 2022.

Julio Alonso has a Bachelor's degree in Medicine and Surgery from Universidad de Cantabria. Julio is currently pursuing a PhD in Medicine at The University of Queensland. Julio also has a background in Entrepreneurship from the MIT Sloan School of Management.
